Meeting Minutes –
8 February 2010
Meeting called to order at 1809 hours by President CW5R Vincent Baiocchetti leading the Pledge of Allegiance. The President declared a quorum present. The meeting was held at the Cattle Town Restaurant.
The minutes of the January 2010 meeting were presented previously to all members electronically. Motion made by CW4R Bob Ozier to accept minutes as published, seconded by CW3R Michael Turner Motion passed.

A motion was made by CW3R Ed Blankschen to accept the Treasurer’s Report, subject to audit, and seconded by CW2 Craig Dowdney. The motion passed.
President's Report: The president laid out plans for the coming Golf Tournament, asking that each member be willing to ask for donations from 5 contacts he would mail to the members. Also notified us that Senator Melvin might attend the Awards Ceremony held at Flowing Wells High School, JROTC. Introduced a new addition for the MIAP committee - Eileen Baiocchetti. Set the date pending Nancy's approval to have the annual picnic at the James's home on the 3rd of July 2010.
Vice-President's Report: Our current membership numbers stand at 35.
CW2R John Curtis introduced the members of the MIAP committee - CW3R Al Price, CW3R Ed Blankschen, CW4R Harold Lindamood, and CW3R Art Schmid. CW2R Curtis indicated that he would submit a request to make CW4R Lindamood the official representative for the Green Valley area.
1. Golf Tournament: CW5R Vincent Baiocchetti reminded all that the golf tournament will be held on the 26 of June 2010. Reminded, again, for help in getting donations for it.
2. Scholarship Program: CW3R Michael Turner updated the Scholarship information on our web site and again, reminded all present to get scholarship nominations/applications in NLT 1 April 2010.
3. JROTC Medals: A motion to purchase an additional 50 medals to replenish or stock was made by CW3R Michael Turner and seconded by CW2 Craig Dowdney. The motion passed.
There being no further business, CW3R Michael Turner made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by CW4R Bob Ozierr. Motion passed at 1852 hours.
The next meeting of the Chapter will be held at 1800 hours on March 8, 2010 at Michelangelo Ristorante Italiano.
